I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered tea and biscuits with gravy, and when I got home, everything ended up messy, with gravy spilling everywhere. I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, but when I asked for help, the owner was quite rude to me. I couldn’t believe I was blamed for the situation as a customer. I wasn’t even offered a second bag to carry my hot food, and yet it was dismissed as my fault. I will never return to a place that treats customers this way. They could be a national sensation, but I would still hold them accountable for their lack of professionalism. I hope they learn from my experience. Remember, businesses that provide good customer service tend to do better. Have a nice day!
