Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Palatka

After ordering our food and told to pull up and then to pull over, we waited over 35 minutes to get our food with no apology for the wait. It was total disorder and lack of training.

Don't go after 8 pm they won't serve chicken sandwiches says their done cooking even though they are open till 11

This place is getting worse on a day-to-day basis not only is it dirty inside and out, but the service leaves very much to desire.I’ve literally stopped three times within the last month and every single one of them or they don’t have something. And I’m not talking about nothing special the other day they did not have fries on the second location. They did not have chicken strips. And today when I stop and walk inside the lobby I had to wait over five minutes before someone came up to the front only to tell me that their lobby is closed for service that I had to go out and make line at the drive-through.I would always stop at this Popeyes when coming back from Palatka to Saint Augustine but now you guys have lost a customer

So weird that this place is fairly new and their speaker is not working. Causes a line bc ppl have to order at the window and needs to be fixed asap. Food is great and the employees are great. But id prefer not to wait 15 min to order.

Food is ALWAYS AWESOME, I tried to be loyal to chick fil a but that spicy chicken sandwich you have is KING. This is my comfort food.
