Wendy's - Palatine

Cold burger. Pop (sprite tastes off. Drink machines (visible through drive through window are filthy. The new “better than McDonald’s fries” are not in fact better, or comparable. But hey, I guess at least the fries were hot. (Sorry, worker’s, I know you’re just trying to get by. I don’t blame you. You were all rather nice.

Always a big fan of Wendy's burgers. Enjoyed the bacon burger with BBQ sauce and onion rings. Fries were hot

"It’s been a while since I had a Frosty, so I decided to try one again this time. However, I was disappointed. I ordered a medium Frosty, but it seemed smaller than I expected, and it cost $2.59. I felt it was overpriced, especially since it was served in a small plastic soda cup. Overall, I think they should improve on portion sizes."

This location surprised me with not the best service. Food is always good.

"I have to say, one of the reasons I prefer Wendy's over other fast food places is that their food is usually better than the competition. However, I was really disappointed this time. I returned because I was craving a Frosty. I also asked for extra salad, but I only received two tiny pieces. Overall, it was still not great. I can’t imagine what it would take for me to come back."
