Caribou Coffee - Palatine

Everything I've ordered has been delicious, and the staff are very friendly with excellent customer service. The only issue I've encountered is that my iced coffee drinks often arrive with the bottom half warm, as if the milk had been sitting out for a while. This makes it unpleasant for me to drink, so I usually have to refrigerate or freeze it for a bit before enjoying it. However, the taste remains fantastic afterwards!

We visit this Starbucks often, to say the least! It's not just the drinks that keep me coming back; I also adore the staff! They consistently exceed my expectations compared to other locations I've visited. Mindy, the manager, does an exceptional job running this store, and her team feels like family. I absolutely love THIS STARBUCKS!!!

I really enjoy visiting this place to treat my girlfriend or to grab drinks for her family. It perfectly combines the concept of a drive-thru and a coffee shop.

If yiu like the Pink drink then you have to try the dragon or violet drink. So good always my goto drink for the day sometimes multiple times a day. Great location and nice staff. Wish they didnt run out of the PB&J boxes so quickly each morning as my kids love them. Other then that great everything.

Nice surroundings, comfortable seating outdoors and in, and very good help. I had the double sausage egg breakfast sandwich and it is divine! My sister and I have now made this place a weekly coffee get together.
