Below Zero Ice Cream - Palatine Bridge

The ice cream is good, the owner and staff are good as well, however one older lady that helped us had the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while.

My favorite ice cream spot! The best chocolate malts ever! I used to get brownie sundaes with pb added, but they kept getting messed up a bit (maybe miscommunication but thats okay! accidents and mistakes happen!! This will still always be a 5 star place for me. Friendly staff, great ice cream and food! :

The servings are always big. The staff is always pleasant. My daughter asks for an umbrella every time we go and they are very accommodating with this. I like all the programs they have there and the covered seating with games is a nice addition.

I love Below Zero. The ice cream is delicious and the staff are polite and welcoming.
