The food is okish and the service is what you can expect. BUT do not expect too much.

Amazing food and atmosphere for drinks, lunch, dinner. Popular with locals so if you're a tourist you can mix and mingle with Myanmar people. Awesome service too. We loved this place and came twice.

Delightful local spot pub style. Inexpensive cold draft Myanmar and a huge selection of good food. I'd come back to Bagan just to dine here.

I had lunch there twice during my two days visit. First time i ordered steamed rice with chicken. It was pretty good and only 3 bucks. Next day i ordered chicken *forgot the other name* basically fried chicken with french fries and veggies , it was 7 bucks and i had a small pond of oil in my plate. Veggies were basically floating. Taste good tho

Draught beer is cheap! Portions are big and so is the menu but avoid if you are vegetarian, no options for food really. BBQ is 1000 kyat for a big stick. Full of locals eating and drinking and sports on TV. Lots of cats and a really friendly dog.
