Fire Ice Pizza - Painesville

Pizza was good. Shakes were so-so. Nice little stop though.

I’ve wanted to go to this ice cream place for awhile now finally recently went!I had a great experience, the girl working was wonderful was very quick with our order!We sat outside and they have a beautiful little patio area that is well kept and clean!I also noticed they’re very dog friendly so that’s always a plus ?

Over 2 hour wait for driver. Got simi warm pizza's and liquid milkshakes. Can't say bad about the restaurant but no driver for 2h and getting the food almost 3h from point of order isn't right. Getting that feeling i should stop using apps like this cause there is no cancel due to no driver. And or how to get refunded from no driver. It wouldn't be anyones fault but no driver.

The people that work at this place are unbelievably rude. I used to come here years ago when it first opened and it was never like this. Terrible customer service! The food is good but when u place your order they’re even being rude then. If you wanna good food you can come here but be prepared to be demoralized as a human being.

Sometimes my grandma ordered pizza with half pepperoni and half pepperoni with black olives, sometimes they do it, sometimes they didn't, I always complain about it, that's why I have the time to I hate fire and ice
