The restaurant offers my opinion after sufficient menus and options to satisfy most for at least three days. outstanding dishes were escabeche von mönchen und forellen en croute.
Good quality eating, well cooked and beautifully presented. always a good culinary experience, both in the main restaurant and in the clos of the gentianes annexe.
Worth a diverse, maybe even more in winter if you want to try long run. large restaurant that still manages to stay intimate through the full smaller spaces. many wooden trims and 'land'memorabilia make it like a expensive. mountain hut. but there are also accommodations, as with the restaurant, it is a good booking in advance. in the summer there are vast grazing to explore with magnificent views of the auvergne in all directions, if you should hike up to le buron de bâne (1400m)
This is definitively our most preferred restaurant in the Cantal or Aveyron! It is a very charming place, beautiful inside, with a nice terrace to enjoy the apéro. You can eat inside in the beautiful wooden dining room. You can choose between menus or à...la carte. Do not forget to reserve your table and decide at that time if you want to go for the delicious "truite saumonée feuilletée ' which you need to order in advance... good service and food, don 't miss this hidden gem...
