Starbucks - Pahrump

Visited Starbucks for a dessert and coffee, quick food and before closing. Have only been in this Starbucks twice and amazingly bad service still nArrived late but before closing.... nNo desserts visible but was told they were thrown out, You don 't want stale food do you? Funny, food from the day still in the refrigerator section. So, all food not thrown out at end of day. Day old refrigerated food not the highest quality. nAllowed to place an order,pay for it, and sit down to eat for a few minutes. Soon, we were informed by 1st staff they close in 5 minutes. nFive minutes later, 2nd staff person walks up to tell us they were closed, while we were still eating and that we needed to leave. I did mention we would be out in 5 minutes to finish our food. NO, you need to leave now! Was the response... If you don 't leave I 'm going to call the police. Now we are being threatened. n3rd person comes out to enforce that we need to leave now. We are closed and you need to leave. nIt is customary for restaurants to allow patrons to sit and eat their meals and finish. If the restaurant is closed, patrons are escorted out, and the door is locked. nThere are no threats to call police. nThis Starbucks staff violated Starbucks 10 minute policy rule. Patrons are not pushed out at closing time. There is a 10 minute time after closing to let people leave and enter 10 minutes before opening.. nBad representation by Starbucks staff.

I was allowed to place an order, pay, and sit down to eat. However, just a few minutes later, a staff member approached us to inform us that they would be closing in five minutes. Five minutes after that, another staff member came over while we were still eating, insisting that we needed to leave immediately. I mentioned that we would finish up in five minutes, but was met with a firm "No, you need to leave now!" I was even threatened with a call to the police if we didn’t leave right away. A third employee then came out to reinforce their insistence that we leave at once. It is customary for restaurants to allow customers to finish their meals, and if a restaurant closes, patrons should be escorted out politely without threats. This Starbucks staff clearly violated the usual policy of allowing a grace period for customers after closing. It reflects poorly on the Starbucks brand when their staff does not adhere to standard practices.

Go to Starbucks all the time coffee is great and egg bite are awesome service has bin okay and atmosphere is a bit bias to conservatives or people who are not sensitive to everyone's feeling don't push your agenda on me I don't care I don't push mine don't push your or I will find another coffee shopFood: 5/5

I have visited Starbucks locations around the globe, and this one is my absolute favorite. While the entire staff is fantastic, I want to give a special shoutout to Cadence. Her bright smile and friendly demeanor truly represent exceptional customer service. I often bring my clients here, and they consistently comment on her warm and inviting attitude as well. Thank you, Starbucks Pahrump! In terms of businesses in this town, you have set a high standard.

Very busy store so I expected a wait but after watching every person ahead of me leave and some after me I attempted to ask about my order and was told by the worker i had been sitting directly in front of for forty five minutes that i should be patient they are making them in the order they are received fortunately her coworker was much more helpfultwo plain coffees just short of an hour
