I was stay there 21/11/23 staff are not coprative and management also they are not caring their customer also.rude behavior we have book suit room with family due to lack of heater it was horrible to stay with kids Comfortable bed heater only. Room heating through heat mode of ac. But if there is no power supply then lights kettle are not usable amd ac also. location is good nr to nathu rasoi . Heating through ac ill be operating only from 6pm to 9am provided there is power supply during this period.but light problem is to much they are not giving supply of generator also please not book this horrible property Service: 1

AVOID THIS PLACE The staff is very rude they lie and argue with customers We asked to checkout as we were not happy with the condition of the room they insisted that we make full payment for staying 30 mins. The lights went out and there was no backup power to charge the phones or provide heat I would never recommend this place to anyone Service: 1
