Wilac Foodhouse/empanada - Pagudpud

I really miss their empanadas; they're the best, and I'm continually craving them here in Manila. My partner is also longing for their empanadas. The food was below average, leaving much to be desired, which was quite disappointing. The service was unfortunately the worst part of the experience; the staff was inattentive and unhelpful. On a positive note, the atmosphere was decent, providing a somewhat pleasant environment, but it wasn't enough to make up for the shortcomings in food and service. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for lunch.

Local told us that they serve decent food in Pagudpud. We are able to try longganisa silog, bangus silog, dinakdakan, and empanada (not able to take photos of dinakdakan and longganisa).
