Taco Bell - Paducah

I had the crunchy Supreme tacos, and they were neither soggy nor oily. They tasted fresh!

I used to praise this location, but not anymore. I recommend going to James Sanders instead, or even KFC/Taco Bell. At least there, if the staff is rude, you can count on your order being correct.

I went to the counter to order a potato taco, but I was told to use the kiosk or not order at all. The woman at the counter didn’t even take the other person’s order, either. So, I decided to leave. This was the rudest experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Ordered a deluxe cravings box, it is missing half the items that should have been in it. Ordered 2 chicken chipotle melts for my daughter, ended up with a single chicken burrito looking thing (can't even be sure that's what it was supposed to be). Alwaysmissing items or being over charged. Try to call the store to get it fixed and can never get an answer. This is ridiculous.

I had a generally positive experience at the restaurant, with the highlight being the exceptional customer service—super friendly and very professional. The food was decent, but I did have a couple of complaints: they were out of Chalupas and Diet Pepsi! I also don’t recall Taco Bell ever being $20, but that seems to be the case every time I go now. Maybe my memories of affordable fast food from college were just an illusion!
