We really enjoy using the app to place our orders ahead of time and doing curbside pickup! It's so convenient, especially when the drive-thru lines are lengthy!
The wait in the drive-thru was lengthy, but the food was delicious.
Have you ever felt hungry on a weekend night and thought well McDonald 's is my last resort . Have you also thought an elderly woman 's geriatric hair is the perfect spice on your McDouble? If so, this decrepit fast food chain is for you!
Now I understand completely that lunch time is a rush time and they are busy but, not only did we have to pull over to the side to wait for our food but when the food came to us it wasn 't our order at all. We hollered at the girl (whose name was Kayla and she was the manager of the store) to let her know she gave us the wrong order but she ignored us for several times we hollered to get her attention. When we did gain her attention she was extremely rude to us for having her come back to the vehicle. When we explained that she delivered the wrong order she got hateful to us about that as well. Saying what do you mean it 's the wrong order. So once again we explained nothing in those bags of food was what we ordered. And she walked off while we were trying to tell her what we did order. When she finally brought our order to us, which was almost 15 mins later, we started to address our complaint of it taking so long on top of it being wrong the first time and with a smart attitude she claimed she was sorry but we at least now had our correct order and then stood at the driver side window watching us eat. I finally told her to kindly please walk p away from the vehicle so we could eat and as she walked away she said under.breath Bout time your happy . Now I know that as a worker and as a customer her entire attitude and comments were completely unacceptable and uncalled for. As someone who once worked in customer service and retail, it 's ethically wrong to argue or make rude comments as she did. As a manager she should of offer the food as well as money back or at least some type of discount.
