Jimmy John's - Paducah

Following a disappointing visit to Subway, where I ended up leaving without my sandwich, I decided to head over to Jimmy John's. I was greeted with quick, friendly, and professional service. I really enjoyed the Number 9! I walked into JJ's feeling frustrated from my previous experience but left with a completely new perspective. Thank you to the staff for turning my day around!

This was my first visit to Jimmy John's, recommended by my husband who travels frequently and had just tried it himself, declaring it "not bad." I was pleasantly surprised to discover they had a drive-thru! Almost immediately, I was greeted and, after mentioning it was my first time, the staff member shared the most popular sandwiches and pointed out some complimentary add-ons. Although I initially had to request a straw for my drink—likely because the employee was new—the overall experience was positive. The bread was denser and slightly narrower than what I've had at other places, which I won’t name. My order was ready almost as soon as I finished paying, and it was clear that the ingredients were carefully arranged in the sandwich, which was a pleasant touch, especially compared to some other places. I found the sandwich delicious and quite satisfying.

The staff are hardworking and the manager is exceptional. The sandwiches are impressively fast to prepare and the employees are very friendly. Every time I enter, I’m warmly greeted, and the sandwiches are consistently fresh. The place is also very clean!

I ordered my food at 11:14, and it arrived just 10 minutes later at 11:24. The sandwich was delicious, made with soft, tasty bread. The delivery driver was really lovely, and those chocolate chunk cookies were perfect. Keep up the great work, everyone. YOU'RE DOING AN AMAZING JOB!!
