Hokkaido - Paducah

Many sushi restaurants struggle to get the rice just right, but Hokkaido is not one of them. Their rice and sushi are both spot on and absolutely fantastic. The hibachi meal for my kids was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning. The restaurant is clean and maintaining half capacity due to COVID, and they even disinfect the menus. The atmosphere is enjoyable, and the decor creates a warm and welcoming vibe.

This restaurant has a stunning ambiance and an incredible atmosphere. Our waitress, Brittany, was attentive and warm, ensuring our satisfaction throughout our visit. The food was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful experience!

We visit this restaurant once or twice a month. The food is excellent and the prices are great! Cathy is fantastic!

My job took me all over the country, and I was blessed with the privilege of dining where ever I pleased. My wife and I stopped here for dinner yesterday. This has become our favorite restaurant in the area. We found the food to be as good as most of the high end Japanese Steak Houses in the larger cities. The food was delicious, service great, portions were large, beautiful decor, and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be back.

Portions are big and the service is good, the staff are nice and helpful. The fried rice with beef was very salty and so was the miso soup, sushi was good. Prices are fine and the restaurant is big.
