I can't comment on the food since I only dropped in for a glass of water. The cashier was friendly, and it was a nice touch that the water was complimentary.

Absolutely disgusting. Bug in the food. Not okay. Ruined the meal for everyone. Never in my life have I had food this low quality. Was the food sitting outside in an open bag? Does there need to be regulation about leaving a door x feet from thekitchen open?

The staff at the Kentucky Oaks Mall location were excellent. When they thought they had forgotten an item in an order picked up for DoorDash, a senior staff member ran to catch the delivery driver as they were leaving the mall to ensure the item was included in the delivery to the customer. The service was excellent.

If you're looking to avoid the long drive-thru line at the other location during lunchtime, this is the perfect spot to visit. While you do have to go inside, the service is incredibly fast and friendly. As with all Chick-fil-a locations I've been to, the food is consistently excellent. Every meal is hot and made to order. I frequent this spot at least 2 or 3 times a month - it's hard to find a better option!
