For an evening among friends we chose this small corner in the outskirts of PAdova. Christian welcomes us with courtesy and illustrates the wonders of his meat fridge.. we opt for the tasting menu.. great choice.. then when the meat comes to the grill.. we let us wrap ourselves from its mobida texture with a taste that fills the palate!! !
