Bidrage med feedbackA little fish and chippy in the back of Darlo, that's a must try. The best salt and pepper squid I had! Grief Grief Also, go a fish and chips and come there early because it is busy.
After 13 years of frequenting this institution, last night was our last time. Under new ownership, prices have gone up, the service has become less friendly. It no longer feels like the cherished Sydney find that made it famous. But thankfully it is just one of many restaurants in the area where we can go.
I loved eating here, we had the most amazing creamy oysters before gorgeous fish, chips and salad. So much choice of lovely fish. I love it that you can bring your own wine, sit inside or out and enjoy a local vibe.
A perfect local cafe? A great casual fish place? Or both and more - a top spot for romantic couples, happy families or in our case a friend's birthday dinner. The oysters are fresh and delish, the crisply deep fried calamari or prawns with coriander definitely yum! The choice of fish is impressive and either battered or grilled is expertly cooked. A good range of salads and to finish Nice ice creams.BYO or a few well selected wines available. No cards accepted but an ATM across the road.We could happily dine here 3 times a week - the service is friendly and professional.Ps I forgot to mention the moreish....garlic bread!
A great casual and friendly spot with outdoor seating (and BYO)! An always reliable menu where the calamari is a must. Great for catch ups for couples, family and friends.
