Subway Sandwiches Salads - Pacific

Subway is always great and today my sandwich was even better thanks who ever made it!!!!

Came in here for a quick bite to eat and had justice and Kaitlynn as our sandwich makers. Both women were extremely sweet and attentive. If severe weather comes your way we will definitely stop by again. Much love from the extreme tornado hunters team

I was the ONLY person in line. The 2 workers kept putting carry-out tickets in front of me and filling up the prep line. After being completely ignored for 10 minutes, I asked if all carry-out orders take precedence over in-store customers. Yes Sir , I was told as the employee put even more carry-out tickets on the line. I waited a little longer and pointed out that I could go to the other Subway and get a sandwich before they are done with the online orders. Sounds like a good idea an employee said as I walked away. On my way out, one of the employees added insult to injury with a sarcastic Have a nice day. Putting in-store customers last in an ever growing line is a ridiculous policy. How can you provide decent customer service in a situation where a customer can stand in line indefinitely? Subway needs to rethink its policy and allow for face to face customers to stand a chance against online shoppers. No other company craps on in-store shoppers like this.
