Starbucks Coffee - PACIFIC PALISADES

15 minutes and counting for a simple beverage. Normally no problem here? hope this isn?t becoming the norm. EDIT: Error taking drink order. A barista saw that I was waiting a long time, checked with me, and immediately made my drink. Bumped up a star for correcting the error.

Fast and friendly service, either a little busy or SUPER busy (like on July 4th). Thank you for having a nice store! I think it would be nice to have things like packaged sugar, cinnamon, creamer, etc. available in the dining area to conveniently gussy up a beverage.

Poor customer service. The lady helping take my order rolled her eyes and turned her back before I could even finish talking.

NO Wi-Fi !! Closes at 6:00pm. Not so friendly service!! AVOID if you can.

First time here. Clean, organized, and safe. Helpful and respectful staff. Good coffee with reasonable prices. Thank You!
