El Chalet - Pachuca

Absolutely great. the food was excellent; presentation, taste profiles, texture contrast, everything. my date and I spoke only a little spanish, so the manager (I think his name was francisco) came by and led us through the menu. They made us a special dish and even gave us some traditional chalupas on the house! everyone was very friendly and made it like a family table. also the lookout is beautiful! we were not in the hotel, but if there is something like the restaurant, it will be wonderful.
