This is a nice restaurant of the open air kind about an hour from Lima. The food is good and usually fresh (there is even a little garden in the restaurant area). You should bring insect repellent as there are tons of mosquitos there!

My sister, brother in law, nephews and me went out looking for a nice place outside Lima and we found this Eco-restaurant at Pachacamac, like 20km at the south. The service is good, the waiters very kind, the food is soooo good and, it passes my expectations...i think the prices are a little bit high but its worth for the quality of the food. Ok about what can you eat: we ask for Empanaditas atrevidas, for the Pastel de choclo a los 3 quesos (like a corn cake with 3 types of cheese and mashrooms really delicious! . Then we ask for bbchicken for the kids and for the adults Vegetarian Raviolis and Chancho al Palo which is the house specialty. For drinks we ask for Algarrobina (a tipycall peruviana drink with Pisco , then for the Chaxras infussion and the Chaxras lemonade. Definately a place to visit with all the family! Also there is a marinera norteña show a typical dance . A very nice experience!

Place is nice, beautiful nature and well designed restaurant but it needs a lot to deserve to be rated with 5 stars. First, food is good but served cold, cold chicken with hot and very dried potatoes. It is tasty but they should pay more attention to the presentation. I ordered meal for my kid, it was 1/4 of baby chicken and fried potatoes and sweet potatoes but salad nowhere?! If you want a salad with that meal for kid you have to pay extra. For adults, there is 1/2 of baby chicken,potatoes and salad?! Kids meal gets an ice cream at the end, and it really got me mad, they put it in a horrible huge plastic cup ,it looked very sad there, and I complained. What about kids? Don't they deserve also nice food presentation like everything else in that place? We went there first for food than for our kids to have fun and play some games outdoors. It is very expensive for what they offer. Putting an Eco prefix to the restaurant doesn't mean you can charge that much for whatever! They have to improve a lot customer service. P.S.Take some repellent with you, if you don't have it they will sell it (6soles), because mosquitoes bite a lot!
