Liberty Coffee Shop - Ozone Park

I ordered from this restaurant two months ago, and I have to say, it has become my top choice for egg, meat, and cheese sandwiches. Every sandwich I've bought here has been consistently delicious and satisfying. While the prices are a bit higher, the taste and freshness far surpass those of other places I used to go. Plus, the owner is a wonderfully kind woman. I absolutely love this place!

You used to be fantastic! I ordered from you every Saturday at work, but my last two meals weren't great. I feel bad about this because I know it’s not the staff's fault. Last time, the bread on my BLT was so hard that it hurt my mouth. Today, I ordered a breakfast plate with bacon but didn’t receive any bacon, and my eggs were over the container. I'm deducting one point because the food is usually amazing, but these last two orders have been disappointing.

The service was really nice and very friendly! The food was excellent, with generous portions. They even allowed us to play cards at our table for a while after we finished eating.

Let me tell you that I wasn't in the best mood when I came to the diner, but the waitress was so beautiful and the food was so good. I don't know what it was the ambience of this neighborhood dinner to which you went as a child and knew all or the food, but I went in a better room. It reminded me to be grateful for what I have because there was a time in my life that I didn't have much.

Haven’t seen the owner in a while, but the new staff is absolutely amazing. Also wanted to let the owner know one of your regular customers, who you gave a little leeway to as far as pouring his own coffee, has now taken full advantage by doing it without a mask on while talking on the phone over the sugar. After that, he proceeded to not stand in front of the partition and pay but go around without a mask and stand right in front of the lady at the register and ask how much. You could tell she felt uncomfortable but who wants to get into a argument over that so I don’t blame her for not telling him to stand back. It would be great if you would look at the camera today, 12/11, at around 9:30 am so you can inform this gentleman it’s not ok to act like this. Obviously he doesn’t care if his actions gets the workers and customers sick or makes customers not want to purchase coffee and food where someone not wearing a mask is touching and talking around.
