Sonic Drive-in - Ozark

My dining experience was disappointing! I ordered the special evening meal, but they have switched the type of meat they use, and it was not up to par. The previously frozen chicken was subpar compared to the delicate meat they used to serve. They no longer offer their signature steak dishes, and the Texas-style toast they advertised turned out to be just ordinary white bread. They seem to only focus on their burgers, fries, and shakes now.

I'm not sure what was going on at this restaurant. The loudspeaker was broken at my table. It took 20 minutes to receive my combo meal with a side of jalapeño poppers. When I arrived, the parking lot was almost empty, but a car arrived after me and some of those customers received their orders before me. The custom burger I ordered, with additional salad and bacon, should not have taken 15 minutes to be prepared. I was given a complimentary drink that belonged to someone else, which is not safe. The staff was friendly and the food was of average quality.

I waited at this restaurant for 10 minutes before she finally answered the call button. I have worked in restaurants for 10 years, so I understand the importance of prompt service. I ordered 3 mini m.

The food was delivered quickly and politely. the server had a wonderfully high mental attitude. I wish they were. that was just the way I ordered it. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you, whoever you were.
