Rib Crib - Ozark

My first experience at the restaurant was quite good—hot food and generous portions. However, my recent takeout order was disappointing. When I arrived to pick it up, the guy said, “Here you go, you’re lucky, it’s fresh and hot.” Unfortunately, the food was anything but hot; it was clearly sitting out for a while. Additionally, the portion size was smaller than before. I suspect I received someone else’s order, maybe someone who decided not to come for it. It was frustrating to spend a lot of money for such a subpar meal.

I was charged twice on my credit card, and when I called to inquire about the overcharge, they denied that it had occurred.
