El Purple Burrito - Ozark

I enjoyed my visit to the Purple Burrito. The food was fantastic and authentic Californian style Mexican. I live in St. Louis area and there is a restaurant called Lily's in Tower Grove, which is also a California Mexican restaurant and Purple Burrito is equally comparable. I am a very picky eater and this place is definitely a wonderful find in a small town. It's even better than the Latin American restaurant in the city. If you are in Ozark Missouri, this is the place where you want mexican.

Great Food Great Service Top Quality Food.. All Organic We went to Taco Tuesday got 3 fish and 2 chicken. It fed us both for just $5.00 Yummy! I can't wait to go back. Best offer for excellent food it can not be beaten And its healthy as well.

I finally found a good burrito in my area! Staff/owners are absolutely charming people. Her friendly but calm personality was just what we needed today. The dining area is cozy and the window seats are perfectly positioned to allow a beautiful view of Ozark from an interesting perspective. We had of course California Burritos during our visit and everything was made perfect. The portion size was quite extreme, so bring your appetite. A 5-star rating is still justified, although I had a complaint: the hot sauce tasted Arta “fermented”, but it was very hot. The sweet sauce was fine, but the other two (Verde and Chipotle) were very bland. I must assume that these sauces were made on site and there must have been a mistake on ingredients. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant and will definitely return. Recommend everyone tired of the other Mexican style restaurants in the area.

I 'm from San Diego, CA. When we moved here 5 years ago I truly thought we would never have a real burrito or taco again... then I met Carlos and Purple Burrito. They are from close by where we lived! It says, Authentic Southern California Mexican Food on the sign. It 's absolutely true! Love this place!
