Owned by the renowned internist diabetics, Dr. Asunciano Arce Lomanta Jr., Xian's Finest Restaurant had found its place under the sun! With its healthy but lush dishes it had captured the hearts of the Ozamiznons, as Am mah Ling (Dr. Arce's Mom) had captured our hearts as children by their binangkal. She has always served us this goodies at every birthday party of Odie and Mise during our school years. Today binangkal is served as a free appetizer in Xian's.
