Wingstop - Oxnard

My visit to this restaurant was terrible. It took 40 minutes for them to bring out my order. They lost my order and only offered me a drink as compensation. When I asked for a discount, they refused. It was frustrating to see other customers come and go while I was left waiting without any updates. The service was awful and even the customer service department had me waiting for over 20 minutes.

The restaurant is small, but the food is decent. I would rate it a 3 out of 5.

Wingstop is a unique restaurant with a mix of pros and cons. While their traditional boneless wings often come out dry, the boneless wings are a different story - I love them a lot. Some flavors may not be for everyone, but they are still well-crafted. The Louisiana dry rub flavor is a standout. The food is good overall but can be a bit dry at times. The service is excellent, with friendly staff every time I visit. The atmosphere is nothing special, with a boring and uninspired interior.
