Waba Grill - Oxnard

Wear a regular napkin. I paid 10 bucks for a bowl that looked smaller than a child's portion.

Worst food I've ever had. Had a shrimp plate, was some pieces of grilled shrimp tossed on plain white rice with about a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce dibbled over it. It was horrible. Got some dumplings that were undercooked and basically soggy. I gave them to my dog, I could not even eat them. If I want starving and if I just didn't spend $30 to get it delivered, I'd have tossed the whole meal

I ordered a waba salad and dumplings. I ordered it to go. Half of the salad was spoiled and the chicken and steak tasted dry as if it was sitting outside. I called multiple times but it kept going to voicemail. One of the cooks was outside on his cellphone. I would reconsider eating here especially if you're pregnant I ended up throwing the salad away because I was concerned for my health.

First time I came in they refused my 60$ order saying they don 't accept 100$ bills while giving me attitude ,didn 't even offer alternatives or at least an apology... second time I came in there was a different server but again not welcoming to say the least...I ordered for about 5 people and everyone 's food was cold on arrival, they told me they DON 'T HAVE GREEN ONIONS at this location?!?!?! What?? they have onions showing on all their advertising pictures in store! On all their menu items literally That 's the first waba I 've ever heard of that didn 't have onions... they have the meats sitting on the corner of the grill as they just toss them on for a few seconds and send you on your way so they can go back on their phones already like they 're in a rush or something...if I 'm paying good money at this place i expect kind service,not being rushed and good quality food with all the ingredients as advertised... unfortunately I didn 't get that in my first 2 and only visits to this location.

Teriyaki is not steak! Paid almost 11 bucks for a bowl that I thought was ribeye.. Should have went to hawaii BBQ Never coming back here
