Bg's Cafe - Oxnard

The Big Breakfast Burrito is excellent and offers great value. I would rate the sausage and eggs a perfect 5 out of 5. The pancakes are also good, earning a score of 4.4. The cookies and pastries are enjoyable as well. The bacon is just average, and the service is also fairly standard. Overall, it's a very popular spot.

Best breakfast in Oxnard! I apologize for the photos; the food was so delicious that I didn't think to take a picture until I'd almost finished! I had the chilaquiles and eggs, along with hash browns and a side of beef hash. Everything was spectacular—so fresh and made with care! Even the red sauce on the chilaquiles was perfect over the simple eggs! But the highlight of the entire meal was definitely the beef hash! It was incredibly savory and fresh. While many places have their own take on it, BG's house-made version was just outstanding! I highly recommend this spot for brunch! Thank you for the wonderful experience, all the way from Texas!

I stumbled upon this gem at the car show, and it was bustling with activity. Despite the crowd, several employees greeted me with a warm good morning. I ordered the French toast combo along with a side of hash, and it was a delightful take on classic dishes. I enjoyed every moment of my visit and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

I went to BG's Cafe for two weeks in a row. It has a great atmosphere, excellent service and great food. When I first went, I got the Tri-Tip and eggs, Hasch-Brauen and a side of cookies and Gravy. It quickly came to the table and everything was delicious. This week I got the country fried steak and eggs, with the same cookies and Gravy. This will be my breakfast place. I don't know my waiter name, but she was great too. Thanks for a delicious breakfast!!!! Another great breakfast at BG's had the sausage and eggs and of course my cookies and Gravy

Friendly staff. Delicious food. Sweet potato fries same price as regular fries. We got the famous bg burger and California sandwich. So yummy.
