Taco Bell - Oxford

Upon entering the restaurant, we were merely glanced at until a woman eventually approached us and recommended using the kiosk due to being understaffed. There were 7 employees in the back, yet we decided to leave. We do not plan on returning. If you are unwilling to fulfill your duties, we will not support your establishment.

I recently visited this Taco Bell and was warmly welcomed by Addie, who had a remarkably positive attitude. She, along with the rest of the staff, was professional and provided fast and accurate service. I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell location to anyone in the area or passing through.

I placed an order through the app and my wife picked it up on her way home from work. I gave them twenty minutes to prepare the order. My app notification said the order was ready. When she arrived, it was chaotic. They hadn't even started on my order and claimed their system was down. I sent a screenshot of my order, which she showed them, and after a wait, my wife finally got our food. However, when she got home, I noticed that two items (a cheesy chalupa and a taco) were missing. We were disappointed, but decided not to go back to the chaotic restaurant. Overall, they wasted our time and essentially stole my money by not providing nearly half of my order. This was the worst Taco Bell I've been to.

It was awesome. 1st time for breakfast it was great. Upset they had no coffee in the building. Tried to give me 3/4 of a diet pepsi instead of a full glass. But all in all it was good!

If it?s more than one car in line just expect the worse service in America. Please don?t go after 6PM. When dinner time hits service just gets thrown out the window.
