Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Oxford

I always have great hopes on popeyes. Yesterday, this popeyes in oxford mississippi let me down so much. our venture started with the redner with a person who so monotonously bordered on the rude, because who knows we didn't do anything to her! she could not be troubled to answer questions that she couldn't be harassed to look at us, and she obviously didn't want to serve us really. we have asked that she could not answer or not. and to cover all of the bhun was blande! the red beans and rice were meh. so in the sum service bland food do not eat in this popeyes we do not. ?

Whoever is the young lady who took orders on 7/1/22 at about 825 o'clock has no respect for popeyes or himself. she was dry. she has no customer service skills. she should never work in front. she left 2 items and closed the window before we could ask for something. popeyes already has a bad call because it seems that they simply don't have a customer service, no matter where. I hate that my daughter was trying to borrow red and tear. terrible!

The girl that worked the drive thru line looks like she was In her 20s but when me and my dad ordered food from popeyes today, my dad drove around to the pickup window and my dad was tryna make sure she had the order correct, she said the order over and then she had a stank attitude. And she rolled her eyes at us. Idk if she had a bad day but we never had this kind of reaction when having to wait for about 30 minutes to get food. And when we got home our order was wrong and we missed some food. If you ever have this kind of reaction with a young adult that work at popeyes, it's just sad
