Mcalister's Deli - Oxford

Online order was ready when I arrived. Food was fresh and service was genuine. Thanks for making my first visit worth returning.

Terrible experience! We arrived at 9:30 p.m. and on the way in a customer told us we were going to freeze inside the restaurant and he was certainly correct. It was so cold that we got our order TO GO. The young lady that took our order was very rude and was obviously ready to go home. After waiting a while for our food we noticed her literally throwing our food in the bag with an attitude. We get back to our hotel and our order was WRONG and we did not get everything we ordered and now they are CLOSED! That lady should be FIRED. BTW… this is the first time in my life I have ever done a negative review on a restaurant so that’s how bad it was!

Absolutely love this location! Their service is absolutely amazing. I don’t visit Oxford much but when I do this is some of the better service in town (which is sad). Visit this location.

Took forever to get our food. Restaurant was empty and it still took 20-25 minutes to get our food. Very poor management. This location won’t last long unfortunately.

RUDE! AWFUL! I have spent so much money at this McAlister 's. I love eating McAllister 's but today I went by and waited in line for 30 minutes just for the lady to come tell me at the window that I needed to walk inside and wait on my order because they had a big party inside that they were taken care of. As I walked inside I saw the big party they were talking about was a party of 20 people. THEY TOOK AN ADDITIONAL10 minutes to get my order gave me the wrong chips and was very rude about changing the chips out. I go to McAlister 's for pretty much every meal, but will never go back to this McAlister 's EVER again.
