Dunkin' - Oxford

I wanted to leave this review right away so you can see who was at the register and give them some praise. Super sweet man cheered me up from a very very bad day. Thank you. (Clearly understaffed and handling it like a champ) I need to add these were the freshest tasting Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve had in years I’m never going to the one near here ever again. I walked into this Dunkin at 2:40 PM on July 3rd. I was met by one of the friendliest employees you could staff. I've never seen her before, but this is the type of individual that can change the direction of a store, in a positive manner. The food item I wanted couldn't be made, due to a lack of wraps. Not the end of the world, I selected something different. My food was awesome and I ordered two drinks. My favorite, and the Turtle Latte to try. They both were fantastic. Too bad I live 3 hours away. This particular employee will rise as far as she wants in this business. I thought that all the ratings were just exaggerating but NO! I went there to get a bacon egg and cheese bagel and they were completely out of bagels croissants and and food besides donut. I would understand if they had a bunch of customers but it was early not to mention they could've told me before hand.Dissapointed!
