Domino's Pizza - Oxford

Problem after problem with this location. Took 2 hours for the food to get here, was ice cold when it did. This happened more then once before.

The store may or may not be fine; I couldn?t tell you because I don?t live anywhere near it. However, there?s an entitled Karen in Oxford, PA who shares my name who apparently cannot toddle over to the library and get help setting up her own email address,so she uses mine. If you?re in Oxford, and you know this person, please help her get her own email address so I can stopreceiving the results of her doctors? appointments, credit card transactions, and her effing pizza orders.

Please be patient! Like everyone else, they are short staffed. They try to get food out in a reasonable time, but come dinner time, gets a little harder. They are always training someone, so things might get messed up, but not on purpose. Please havecompassion. But can't beat the deals.

Everytime we order there is something wrong. Call and talk to someone and they are rude and not concerned with the poor service. Tonight spent 30 mins trying to order on app but clearly an issue with app. Call store ask for manager and person who answeredphone wouldnt get manager unless i told him issue. Finally get manager(at least she said she was but certainly didnt conductherself as one), she had no interest in hearing my issues. Said some items i ordered werent available thats why app wouldntfinalize order however nowhere did it say it on app. She was rude and unprofessional. Food came burnt. Very disatisfied and overgiving them my money.

This place has horrible delivery service? I was probably one of the best tippers, but I didn?t get my pizza until 4 hours later. Thanks for the cold pizza and sides.And it?s only 10min from my house and it keeps getting worse.
