Mcdonald's - Owingsville

This is the first McDonald's to get my orders right the first time. I have an autistic child who is a very picky eater and doesn't like certain things, flavors and tastes but they got our order right the first time and food was good and fresh!

This is a brand new McDonald's, and it shows. The staff are cheerful and happy to take your order!

We're charged for items that we didn't receive this has happened more than once. The customer service within the establishment is subpar to best. Will definitely Drive the extra distance to Mount Sterling from here on out because at least when we go there we get the correct items.

Don't order at this place using door dash did not get order and McDonald's did nothing about it stay

Paid over $40 for fries that were cold and had no salt AT ALL! Also got a Big Mac but the sauce was applied like it’s the war of 1812 and we are rationing our supplies.
