The entire restaurant has a strong smell of bleach and degreaser, which detracts from the overall cleanliness of the place. The TV at our booth had old food stains on it, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The food was just okay; the onion straws were overcooked and the bread on my crab melt was stale. I understand that seafood tends to be pricier and they need to make a profit, but the amount of crab on my sandwich was disappointingly small, almost like they used a teaspoon to add a cup of crab dip. Until today, the margaritas were the highlight of our visit. I had a classic margarita with salt, while my girlfriend opted for a more colorful and flavorful version. We did catch a glimpse of something better when we each had two drinks. If you decide to visit, I'd recommend going to the bar instead of sitting down for dinner.

I can't comment on how we never get what we ordered. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, but when I arrived, the staff informed me they were five minutes behind. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, we still had no food. I understand delays can happen, but it was frustrating to feel ignored by all the employees. If you're behind schedule, it's important to keep customers informed. Overall, it felt like Tortola was wasting our time. However, we decided to give it another try because our group wanted to go there. This time, the service was much better, and the food was good. Eating in the restaurant seems to be a better experience than ordering takeout. I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 3.

I once walked by this place and noticed everyone having a great time. Eventually, I decided to apply for a part-time job here. The manager, Marcus, was incredibly welcoming and makes the best cocktails. They host karaoke every Wednesday, and the food is delicious. It truly feels like home when you step inside. I will definitely be coming back!

Randomly went to the Green Turtle after my conference and was greeted by Marcus the manager with a welcoming smile. I sat at the bar with the Brittany, the bartender, shortly after Marcus came by with a whiskey rep and she had introduced me and my colleagues. Food was great, Brittany was great and the manager was amazing! Very recommended.

Terrific service!!! I had to get the young lady?s name because it is so rare to come across genuinely sweet people. Daeja is AMAZING and took great care of my large party on Saturday. Definitely five star service and great food.
