Mod Pizza - Owings Mills

It took 45 minutes for the food to be prepared, and I expected it to be made on demand rather than after such a long wait. The staff appeared to be quite incompetent, lacking professionalism and organization. I would not recommend this location.

We prefer Owings Mills as our local restaurant. They consistently do everything right and always treat us well.

This location is usually excellent. The manager and staff are friendly, and customer service is top-notch. However, last night the cleanliness was not up to the usual standard. The pizza preparation area was quite messy, with cheese found in the sauce bin, an unclean prep surface, and pizza dough that had sauce spilled on it before I even chose a sauce. The beverage area was also disorganized. There was trash on the floor, a used pizza box left on a table, and a large wooden box on a packing crate in the dining area. The regular manager wasn't on duty, and I hope they can improve this situation in the future!

The driver left my food on the ground, and the food was not in a bag. I have a table on the porch.

This location is quite nice, the staff was very friendly and the pizza is fresh and tasty. The condiments and drink bar was well stocked and clean. The Columbia location, lately, not so much.
