Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Owensboro

The smoothies here are fantastic! However, the service tends to be quite slow. The drive-thru can take a while—around 10 to 15 minutes.

I ordered online to avoid a long wait, but the drive-thru ended up taking way too long! It took 20 minutes to get my order. The food is delicious, and the smoothie prices are reasonable. However, I do want to mention that the team member at the drive-thru was very friendly!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers delicious food and drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making for a great atmosphere. Both the employees and managers are outstanding in their roles. The service is truly excellent.

Waited in drive thru 10 minutes for one drink while three female employees talked in the back. One guy working counter. What seemed like a shift manager was there watching me through the window and never came to check while I was waiting.

Consistent Fast! Store is always clean and someone is always there to great you!
