Logan's Roadhouse Owensboro

Today's visit was absolutely terrible! I drove 45 minutes to come here and I will never make that mistake again. If they can't even cook chicken tenders properly, then I don't trust them to cook anything else for me. The tenders were soggy and undercooked, with slimy skin that was falling off. I had to touch every tender on my plate, and then they had the nerve to take them back to the kitchen and refry them! That is extremely unsanitary. When my plate came back to the table, they had piled cold fries on it along with piping hot refried chicken tenders. I am so disappointed in Texas Roadhouse, they have lost my business, just like Longhorn of Owensboro for cooking my tenders with shrimp without considering those with seafood allergies. I swear on everything, this is the truth.

We had a party of 24 people and were seated within 15 minutes. The service we received was the best I have ever experienced with a large group. The food was delicious and we had a fantastic dining experience.

I had the salmon today. It’s overcooked at so many places but not today. It was wonderful. We had a party of 14 and once we got to the table I’d say our service was good.

Love the food and the atmosphere. Everything taste great!Parking: Plenty of space to park. Always a busy restaurant.

Even with a full parking lot I was able to get in and be seated right away. They were busy on a Friday night at 7:15pm, but the wait for my waiter was minimal. Mango Margarita was delish, but the alcohol pour was barely there. This was the only negative and why I didn’t give the food 5 stars…for what you pay you should at least get a standard pour of tequila.My Caesar Salad was not cold but tasted good. I was barely half way through my salad when they delivered my entree. This made me feel like they were in a hurry for me to eat and leave. Let me eat my salad!! Loaded baked potato was excellent and the Prime Rib was Terrific!!! Horseradish was extremely weak in flavor or punch.I did the self checkout at the kiosk in the table.
