Donatos Pizza - Owensboro

I visited the restaurant and ordered takeout. The service was friendly and very polite, constantly apologizing for the wait due to the busy restaurant. The wait for my pizza was not long, and I even enjoyed a drink while waiting. When I got home, the pizza was still hot and tasted delicious- one of the best thin crust pizzas I've ever had. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant more often!

This small restaurant had limited seating, with all 6 tables full when we arrived. There was only one waitress/bartender working. We decided to sit at the bar, but two drunk and loud individuals sat next to us, so we chose to leave. We will not be returning.

The pizza was once again hot and perfect, and the cinnamon bread sticks are the best in town. Hats off to the Arthur Team for a fantastic meal. Can't wait to come back!

I went on the Donatos website to order a pizza, only to find out that they have switched to using Grubhub for delivery. I paid through Paypal and received a notification that my pizza had been delivered, but it turns out they actually delivered to the wrong address. I called Donatos to inform them of the issue with Grubhub, and after a long process, I was able to get a refund through Grubhub. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I have decided to never use them again.
