Arby's - Owensboro

The driver was a little aggressive. look at the menu and ask all couple seconds when we need help to find something.

Went to drive thru, workers was cussing while taking my money and while handing me my food. I had my 5 year old with me who heard everything they said.

Fast food service at restaurant quality. Arby's has been really great at combining high quality foods at reasonable prices, flavor is never sacrificed.

Drive thru was super fast and friendly. In and out very quickly.

Well, to put it frankly, the experience was something to be forgotten. A drink tray apparently is one of those things that's mystical, magical, and overly difficult to find. To say the least don't ask them to operate the thing for you it seems to be a tad confusing. Add to that, the genius working drive-through that does not need to work anywhere. To be frank the facility would be far better off with that particular individual just disappeared. Rude and callus are understatements
