Wendy's - Owen Sound

It is a typical Wendy's, is busy at icy times like lunch and dinner. Most of our orders have met their franchise standards

Food ok but portions way smaller than they used to be. Staff just okay, mistake in my order that I was told I changed, not true they misheard me, I was made to feel embarrassed.

Restaurant was dirty. Pop lid napkin area messy. Floors were dirty and tables. Staff hanging around talking on their cell phones Restaurant was empty of customers. Won’t ever go back.

The new breakfast sandwich are really good. Had the egg and sausage on a bun. Yum

It was clean. I went to the washroom while my husband ordered. I asked him to get me a bottle of water, when I got back he was still at the counter. The water the gave was Dasani which I will not drink. Asked them to take it back (still on tray at counter) they did but would not refund the cost as I was getting water from their drink fountain. Very expensive for just a fountain water, most fast food places give you it free.
