Bidrage med feedbackAfter a 6 month hiatus because of poor service, I returned...after asking if my entire order was in my bag today, and they verified it was, I left. To get home and find a couple items missing..so I eeturned, to be told I was wrong, they said it wasn't ready..yet they watched me leave lol? And said goodbye? Then when another customer, and peevious employee stood up and said that my version of events was in fact correct, the lady became somewhat aggressive, stating customers aren't always right, which I actually agree with..However, that doesn't mean I will change history for you..poor way of treating people
I went through the drive-thru and the girl the window not was she not wearing gloves and she also wasn't using that white tray that all the Tim Hortons are using to pass out the food and drinks... so when I saw this I asked her to be careful not to touch the lid of my coffee and she pressed the palm of her hand on both coffees.
The staff and the store are always helpful and typically have what I want. I enjoy their honey dip timbits and make good coffee so I don't usually buy coffee when I'm out in the mornings. Thank you for the great service and a special shoutout to Stephanie, who helped me. I called ahead to make sure they had plenty of honey dip timbits, as they had run out before. Thank you Tim Hortons and all other Tim Hortons locations.
I have returned to this location a year later to see if they improved. It was Saturday night during festival of lights. All sorts of people around, most of them wanting a hot drink for take out. They had only one old lady working a single till. I timed her with my watch, it was 10 minutes for her to serve one customer (2 drinks and 1 donut). There were more than 20 people in line waiting. The only reason there were only 20 people in line ahead of me is because several of them had left due to the extensive wait. Finally some of the customers had reached the limit of their patience and started to complain. They were told You can leave if you don 't like it After 2 more sets of people left the line, I had finally had my fill and left too, empty handed. The lady at the till should be fired. The owner of this store should also be fired. It is the most incompetent and poorly run Tim Horton location I have ever seen out of hundreds. If they are having trouble making sales numbers there is no wonder why as nobody gets a chance to actually buy anything there.
The food quality at this restaurant is comparable to that of any Tim Horton's, which is expected. However, this particular location is in a great spot for anyone exploring downtown. We especially enjoy going on the Christmas light walk right next to it. It's a nice touch to grab a hot chocolate for the walk, but be prepared for long waits as the location is always busy, with at least a 20-minute wait to get your drink.
