Qq Sushi Chinese - Owen Sound

Food is good and fresh. My husband and I waited for a long time at the door to be greeted. Even though at least three waiters staff passed by 10 feet away from us, they never acknowledged or greeted us. So we left. One of my single girlfriend went there on Valentine's Day. She was refused a seat because she was alone. (it's not a busy place.

Slow service, took over 20min to get a glass of water and about an hour to get food. Food was mediocre at best.

Good all you can eat sushi. They have a checklist style ordering menu so it eliminates any language barriers. My kids love going there to try all the different dishes.

Quick service , always pleasant and clean. Love the green dragon n chicken balls. Asian music lends to the ambiance.

We are fairly new to town but have been to this restaurant a few times. We have enjoyed the restaurant and have had good service (until tonight) . My daughter (15) and our family is volunteering for a National organization and we are raising a future guide dog. The dog is now 8 months old and is very well behaved. The dog wears a jacket while in public which clearly states that it is a guide dog in training. We have been welcomed with open arms to many restaurants and public venues in Owen Sound. As we opened the door to walk in tonight, the lady at the front immediately said no dogs allowed . We are always prepared for this and explained that it is a guide dog in training and allowed to be with us in public. This helps the future recipient of this dog. After waiting for about 5 minutes while she checked with other staff, we were finally seated in the far back corner of the restaurant (they even had to turn the lights on just over our table). A few minutes after being seated another staff came over and said customers were complaining about the dog. The thing is, this staff person came from the back and didn 't even speak to any customers. I asked if the customer would like to come over (there were only 2 other full tables in the restaurant). He left and went to the back and then came back to our table and said it was cool . On the way out a lady from another table came up and said that she didn 't even know there was a dog in the restaurant. We like the food, but it was not very good service tonight. After trying to educate, it was clear that they were not interested in what we had to say. We will have to re-think if we will return next time or make another choice in sushi restaurants.
