McDonald's - Owen Sound

Large fries was 1/2 full, and 3 REGULAR Mcflurries cups were 1/2 full at best.. I think some retraining is needed..

Drive thru extremely slow. If a drive thru is to succeed with dbl lanes, it needs to be operated correctly. One side of the drive thru moved the other lane sat for 15minutes. With cars ahead and behind you are stuck. Then when you complain at the window you get a snotty little kid, who claims not his problem. Ridiculous!

Huge lineup in drive thru and sat for 15 minutes without moving. Redicoulous. Left along with 3 other vehicles.

Food and service is always good. Typical menu for McDonald's with reasonable prices. Place is always clean.

Exceptional service at this location. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful with a little mix up we had on my end with the app. Food was fresh and delicious, and the seating area was clean and spacious.
