Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

Seated fast, right in the back no other people around. Asked why and was told because of servers. Was I her only customer. Ordering time and food out were fine. Waiting for the bill was far too long. (because we were in the back)? Food was fine, taste and temperature. Nothing outstanding about the place, need to up the game.I will go back but not right away,and if I have extra time to kill.

It was a nice day and we always enjoy a patio which was good, food Ok but nothing special. I know Kelsey's a chain and perhaps have to go by company rules but it would be great if they offered some local ciders ... lots in the area now and if they wish local support they could do the same for the local wineries, breweries etc.

We had been travelling must of the day, and we were struggling to find somewhere to eat. Fortunately our friends remembered Kelsey's was in Owen Sound. So we headed there all starving! We were between lunch and dinner time hence Dunch being our new word. Nice welcome by our young lady server, drinks brought while we studied the menu. I went for fish and chips and I have to say my meal was delicious. All plates were pretty clean as everyone enjoyed their own choice. Enjoyed.

Service was very good but the food quality is not great and it is expensive, typical chain restaurant.

We had a table of 6 on a Wednesday night. There were only 2 servers and a bartender on. Our waitress was very grumpy looking and was not friendly whatsoever. It took 2 hours to complete our meal service which I think is totally unacceptable. Not the servers fault. The first 3 dishes came out and 10 minutes later the last 3 came out.It was my sons birthday and she just slammed his dessert down on the table. No happy birthday, no nothing! The food I will say was really good, but I can't stand it when you get extremely bad service, so we will not go back.
