The staff was friendly and freaky fast at making my sandwiches! I enjoyed watching the crew collaborate as they navigated the drive thru and counter orders. You all worked very well together and looked like you enjoyed what you do. Bravo!

Female with nose ring took my order while constantly having her fingers in her nose. Then helped make food. Thank God she put gloves on. Did same thing to next customer. Other two employees were awesome and friendly. Going to be awhile before I go back.

Today I had JJ delivered to my house and they forgot to ring my doorbell again. This has happened five times so far. I am fully disabled and I have asked online to ring the doorbell with every order. The first time, the sandwich was spoiled by the time I saw it sitting outside the door. I called again and the worker said that they don’t ring doorbells unless it’s noted online. Today they would not even offer to give me a refund. I am so disappointed that they won’t take any responsibility for this attitude.

I 've been to the JJ about 6 or 7 times now, and I would say out of those about 5 times, they have gotten my order wrong. Including most recently an online order put in a half hour ahead for 11am. I 've honesty just given up and begun calling it that JJ ... rather use the one in Faribault if I can.

Ordered $50 worth of food at 448 pm tracking app said it was delivered at 5:00pm opened my door to get it and it wasn’t there, called the store and according to the manager she couldn’t find my address it was directing to an alley. No one called us to let us know manager said she would send her out again. It’s now a hour since I ordered and I’m still waiting.
