Pizza Hut - Owasso

I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Lainey and her crew at the Owasso Ok site are constantly making the best pizza every time we order, and today they have made my wife and I the best custom pizzas and then only charged 10 dollars a piece. Let's see Papa John hit this! #PizzaHutOwassoRocks

We ordered a pizza on Valentine's Day. When the pizza arrived, the dough was raw and we couldn't eat it. At that time it was too late to order and wait for another, so we asked for a refund. One month later we had not received our refund after I tried to call several times a day since Valentine's Day, I decided to speak to Daniel, the responsible. He has not only refunded our money, but has also made us a new attempt!! Thank you for going beyond and beyond!! We will return thanks to your goodness!

My friends and I try to meet up annually. This year we selected Pizza Hut as our location. I got there first a little early and gave them warning on our count (10-12 people). They readied themselves and then proceeded to be the best servers we've ever had. We assured them that we didn't expect food to be delivered simultaneously, but that we would order as we arrived, and eat when it was done cooking. (This put them at ease) By request, they brought us a dozen glasses and two pitchers of water which they kept full for two hours. For those that wanted soda, they kept individual cups full all night. Everything was as ordered, and we all had a good time. The music was great, and they left the tv off when we said we didn't want it on. Our server also managed to keep all of our tickets straight.
