Very disappointed. Went in the store today with my daughter. We walked around for about 20 minutes trying to look for a pool vacuum, we weren 't acknowledged once. I had questions about to vacuum and it seemed like the employees there couldn 't be bothered. I even said in a loud voice to my daughter, let 's go to Walmart, because I don 't think this place sells pool vacuums and every employee looked at me then back at their phones... so we went to Walmart instead and got customer service immediately. So I guess for all your pool supply needs and questions go to good ole Walmart.

Very disappointed in the customer service. No one in the store can answer questions or seem to know anything about pools. Worst, they have no desire to help. Wish there was another pool store in Owasso

They are so helpful and knowledgeable when it come to pool science and they do free water testing.
